I'm not getting email/login code

If you are not receiving emails/login code from Neeto, then follow these steps.

  1. Check your spam folder first. Emails sometimes mistakenly land there.

  2. If the email is not in your spam folder, visit our email deliverability tool:

    debug.neetoauth.com/debug/email-deliverability

  3. Enter your email address and click Check.

The page will display a message explaining why you didn't receive the email, and this should resolve the issue for future emails.
